1. What exactly is the FlyFit Aerial Method™?

The FlyFit Aerial Method™ is a unique style of getting an individual from the ground to the air safely and successfully. We focus on building total body strength, flexibility, body awareness, and overall good health. This is an excellent way to build confidence and longevity in the body and mind and with the use of Aerial Arts.

2. What is the difference between the classes?

Each class is different and unique to give you a one stop shop for your aerial goals. Please see the page for class descriptions for more information.

3. Where should I start if I'm a beginner?

We advise all beginners to start with Aerial Dance Fit or Aerial Yoga.

4. Can the ceiling hold my body weights?

Our rigging was professionally installed and able to hold a massive amount of human load. If your body weight is over 300 lbs, we highly suggest private sessions to start.

5. What do I wear to class?

Fitness attire is appropriate. Long leggings, and fitted shirts.

6. What should I avoid wearing?

You should avoid wearing shorts (unless accompanied with sheer leggings), large jewelry, and long pointy fingernails (will not be able to participate in class).

7. How long before I can run away with the circus?

Everyone's progress is as unique as you are. Some may catch on faster to different moves and exercises than others. The biggest key is consistency to the practice.

8. I have certain injuries and limitations, am I able to still take a class?

Absolutely, our instructors have many modifications and variations for your body during the workout. Extreme injuries and limitations are highly encouraged to take privates.

9. Is there an age limit to who can attend the class?

There is no age limit.

10. I'm slightly nervous about heights, will I be high off the ground?

The hammocks are generally set at the hip height for classes, so you will be in close contact with the mat.

 11. What Should I bring to class with me?

You should bring a water bottle, towel, great energy and a positive attitude!
